                         presentes no complexo o qual pertencem. O presente estudo 
                         objetivou analisar a concentra{\c{c}}{\~a}o total de 
                         s{\'o}lidos em suspens{\~a}o na regi{\~a}o da Lagoa dos Patos 
                         atrav{\'e}s da avalia{\c{c}}{\~a}o de reflect{\^a}ncia nas 
                         plumas costeiras apoiado em algoritmos logar{\'{\i}}tmicos de 
                         transforma{\c{c}}{\~a}o. Foi poss{\'{\i}}vel observar 
                         varia{\c{c}}{\~o}es estacionais na concentra{\c{c}}{\~a}o de 
                         s{\'o}lidos totais, assim como diferen{\c{c}}as estatisticamente 
                         significativas entre as m{\'e}dias para as amostras de pixels 
                         analisadas, na ordem de F= 5,66. A correla{\c{c}}{\~a}o de 
                         Pearson entre concentra{\c{c}}{\~a}o de s{\'o}lidos e 
                         pluviosidade total foi de 0,6784, indicando rela{\c{c}}{\~a}o 
                         moderada entre as vari{\'a}veis. As informa{\c{c}}{\~o}es 
                         obtidas satisfazem o padr{\~a}o encontrado em estudos 
                         relacionados ao tema para o local, qualificando a metodologia de 
                         aplica{\c{c}}{\~o}es num{\'e}ricas de modelos de 
                         transforma{\c{c}}{\~a}o como importante fonte de dados para 
                         avalia{\c{c}}{\~a}o de fatores abi{\'o}ticos em ambientes 
                         costeiros. ABSTRACT: Continental plumes are low density water 
                         masses formed by solid components in the aquatic environment. 
                         Their variation and composition differ in function of 
                         characteristics present in the complex in which it belongs. The 
                         present study aimed to analyze the total concentration of 
                         suspended solids at Lagoa dos Patos-RS through the evaluation of 
                         reflectance in the coastal plumes supported by transformation 
                         logarithmic algorithms. It was possible to observe seasonal 
                         variations in the concentration of total solids, as well as 
                         statistically significant differences between the means for the 
                         analyzed pixel samples (F = 5.66). The Pearson correlation between 
                         solids concentration and total rainfall was 0.6778, indicating a 
                         moderate relation between the variables. The information obtained 
                         satisfies the pattern found in studies related to the theme for 
                         the region, qualifying the methodology of numerical applications 
                         of transformation models as an important data source for the 
                         evaluation of abiotic factors in coastal environments.",
